本来预订的是阳台江景房带火车站接送的，结果提前联系酒店的时候说是没有接站服务，差评一；办理入住的时候前台说是免费升级到江景房，我这本来订的就是带阳台的江景房，这升级确定不是降级，差评二；阳台大到只能放下一张座椅，差评三；预订是含双早的，前台还说免费赠送早餐，差评四。酒店唯一的优点可能就是闹钟取静，相对不是那么嘈杂，说实话真对不起那价格

非常棒的酒店，地理位置好，距离西街步行10分钟，周边饭馆超多，有免费停车场，带孩子订的标间，酒店帮升级了亲子房，房间里有小帐篷，孩子玩的不亦乐乎。冰箱里准备了可乐雪碧啤酒和牛奶，很贴心！晚上还有夜床服务，赠送2瓶酸奶。绝对阳朔西街附近不二的选择！

酒店有停车位很安全保安24小时巡逻，酒店好在位置，去十里画廊，去阳朔西街都很近，晚上走路不到5分钟就西街了热闹非凡，酒吧很有特色有点丽江的感觉，从酒店正门出去比值那条街就走到十里画廊建议租酒店门口的小电动，太方便了。住在酒店还可以联系一日游区遇龙河景区漂流。房间江景房给我们换了一个位置好点的可以在酒店看到漓江美景。很安静适合带孩子出游。

网上订2间特价房订不了，只好订一间特价一间高级双床房，结果到酒店发现特价房含早餐高级房却不含早餐，主动和前台沟通说放弃高级双床房能不能含早餐，结果前台说不行，个人觉得酒店不人性化，另外酒店设施比桂林五星酒店要差
