环境：装修非常有风格，分成小区域，欧式复古高大上的，很简约时尚，又带点小特色，很适合📷拍照哦
交通：离高铁站很近，接送服务，非常棒，省下了我很多时间，就这个已经是很满足我的需求了
卫生：酒店卫生，干净，舒适，星级酒店住起来也算比较安心
服务：很有礼貌，防疫措施也做的很到位，这样才让人感觉安全，总得来说这次过来惠阳中转住这个酒店算是很满意的了，还给我送了水果，很不错，性价比比深圳的确实高很多，针不戳了
期待下次酒店有很多不错的折扣活动，方便出差的时候可以更加优惠些就好了，希望酒店越来越好吧

在淡水，算很好的，前台服务态度很好，值得表扬。但有些服务有可以提高的地方。
1、员工、搬货物不走员工通道，走唯一的客梯，与客人争道。
2、早餐品种偏少，没供应咖啡。
3、7点入住，迎客水果10点多才送，送得有点晚。
