订的是大床房，下午1点半左右办理入住的时候告知没有大床房，需等待40分钟，理由就是没有搞好卫生，态度冷漠，就是一副你爱住不住的样子，还说一般是3点办理入住的，仿佛我早来办理入住是我错了？因为天气冷，不想在大堂干等40分钟就只好将就入住了双床房，没想到，空调显示是有暖风的，开了半天都不暖打电话才知道没有暖气，10多度的南方冬天住5星级酒店，没有暖气，也算是奇葩的体验了，所谓的海鲜自助晚餐也是个大坑了，只有虾和蟹腿以及贝壳，总之是一次无语的入住，也是第一次给酒店的差评，哎……

端午节假期去的，除了房费高了点外，其他哪都好，自助早餐样式非常齐全，应有尽有，晚餐海鲜自助餐就没吃，因为人太多服务员直接叫我们别进去了吃不到什么东西了，早点去才好，很实在的服务员提前告知不让我们发冤枉钱，房间也是去晚了没有靠湖景这边的房了，不过游泳池水温不错。
