几年前来住过一次，赶上假期房价两千多特别贵！但是确实是五星级体验，沙滩、泳池、健身房、温泉等娱乐设施全都享受过了，花园泳池边还有唱歌表演，五星级的早餐也特别丰盛，虽然吃不了多少但是看着都开心😄，这次台风过后来玩，很多设施都停用了，温泉都没了，泳池边也没人唱歌表演！前台美女帮我升级了酒店海景房，景观一流！老牌酒店里面设施有点旧了，不过非常干净，服务也很好！闲时过来特别清净舒适，整体感觉非常好！下次空了还会再来。

感觉住了家假五星级酒店！也是住过的星级酒店感觉最差的！也可能仗着巽寮湾地理位置好，有种你爱来不来，不来别人会来的意思！对不起这个上千块的价格！！反正下次不会住这里了！

设施设备确实比较陈旧了，开房门需要技巧，洗手间门无法上锁，房间有个别灯泡不亮，让本人倒胃口的是竟然有蜘蛛网，这是无法谅解的卫生状况，虽然设施设备跟不上了，起码卫生标准更应加强弥补不足之处的，酒店的灯光设计风格是偏暗的，沙滩很干净，但是沙子非常粗糙，很扎脚，不过小朋友玩得很开心，早餐不错，中餐厅的出品也很赞，对饮食比较满意，因是五星级酒店，整体性价比还是不高的。
