前台服务差！一开始给的房间 门坏了 根本进不了！ 下去要求给我们换房间 居然要我们给差价！ 还说了 你们这些在网上定的房间就是最差的房间，不给换！ 大哥！ 四百多一晚 给这种态度， 结果就换了张房卡叫我们 好好开门，害得我们上上下下电梯五次！ 后来他亲自去开了 也开不了！ 才愿意换一间给我们。 定的时候明明写着 1米8 的床，进去结果是1米5的 单人床！房间明明注明了要无烟的，整个房间乌烟瘴气，房间里还有虫！ 恶心死了，差评差评差评 以后都不会再住这家了

这个酒店满足客人所有要求食衣行都照顾到了而且直接有百十到机场很方便喔酒店設施古色古香只可惜房间没咖啡还好向客房服务员要了两包不錯的酒店

一出电梯，楼道的地毯已经无法看了，7楼的健身器材还不如住宅小区露天的，房间的设施、用具……这个真的是五星？

优点：位于市区中心地段，听当地人说是最好的酒店，性价比很高。床铺舒适，房间很大，差不多双倍于一般四星级酒店的标房。大堂内的咖啡厅开到晚11点多，服务水准很高。
缺点：卫生有待改进，咖啡厅内有蚊子，过夜后房间厕所的下水道会传出臭味。
再去江门还住这里。
