非常差，房间不好找，刚办的房卡还开不了门，好不容易叫来服务员还搞不清楚状况。房间淋浴地面不排水。设施设备更不是五星级该有的。前台服务员就一人，退房还等半天。这个五星级酒店简直就是笑话。

地段好，购物吃饭办事都方便，酒店景观不错，视野开阔，房间够大，到五邑大学和东湖公园很近，下次还住这家酒店。
