感觉不好的一次体验，酒店告之空调噪音大晚无法开，房间很闷热，搞不懂什么逻辑，有问题不赶紧修，而选择晚上不开，不过酒店的服务态度还不错。在这里强烈投诉艺龙，由于酒店设施问题造成无法入住，竟告之要扣10%的房费，请问你艺龙预付费的预定就那么没保障吗？而且客服的态度非常恶劣，是想倒闭的节奏吗？给艺龙大差评

酒店大院风景好，位置不错，可以步行走到金马碧鸡坊，大概15分钟路程。酒店设施不错，晚上睡觉很安静，早餐丰富。
