定的主题风情单间，结果房间小，床小，且是圆形的，两个人睡，脚都漏出去了。
沙发也不如标准间的，房间里还没有冰箱，空调的声音很响。近500元的价格，比标准间高，前台标价居然说980元，坑人啊。
前台服务差，两人只给一张房卡，但是旁边就看到有住客强硬一点都就多给了一张副卡。
在浴室洗澡时，水都流到外面，整个卫生间都是水。
结账时太慢了，只有收据，没有发票，而且收据的单位不是西南宾馆。

除了停车方便，位置好以外，其它都达不到这个标准，空调声音奇大，还不制热，打了前台问，也不给个回复。寄存行李几天也不让。不过，早餐还可以。
