前台服务太差劲，明明退完房，自己电脑没操作好，我说我有急事可以先给我押金么，服务员很没好气的说，我还没给你查完房，实际是他电脑不会操作！完事拉着脸给了押金！不好不会再推荐入住，也不会放团队来住！

酒店本身的软硬件配套都是不错的，按照四星级打造，但是酒店所处位置是化工区？刚进酒店大堂就闻到了刺鼻的味道，到了房间后即使关上窗仍然能闻到，整夜都在担心，一早就离开了。
