大堂恢弘大气，服务人员都非常热情友好，感觉很温暖，但酒店的装修细节不是很满意，可能跟房子的结构有关，比如楼层的走廊看上去不大气，竟看出了几分经济型酒店的味道，房间里的淋浴房和卫生间都是独立的，但很局促，几个门开关很不方便，还有就是房间的卫生工作不是很到位，用酒精湿巾一擦角落的地方都有浮灰，硬件无法改变，希望在软件方面加以改进提高

这次预订是在亲人的全力支持下为父母准备的！因为刚好是父亲节和母亲的生日，双节难遇，想为他们送上惊喜。
让我十分感动的是：当我和酒店说明情况后，酒店十分重视。在这里我要特别感谢兰州富力万达文华酒店的经理晓亚！以及她的团队成员们！感谢酒店客房部、礼宾部还有许多为此次准备惊喜活动的小伙伴们！正是他们责任感满满的用心付出，让我的父母经历了一次非常非常满意的入住体验！酒店的酒廊环境非常棒！自助餐也非常好吃！雅致且舒适！虽然只有短暂一晚，但宾至如归的感觉很难忘！此次入住体验超级满意！我真是为兰州富力万达文华酒店有这样一群员工感到幸运！顺颂商祺！

房间整洁干净，格局设计合理，用起来很方便。设有两个卫生间，考虑很周到。孩子很喜欢住这里。早餐丰富多样，食材新鲜。前台接待和退房手续办理方便快捷，服务热情！下次还会再来的。
