  五一期间能够抢到柳州凯悦的活动价格超划算，酒店坐落于柳江边上的保利国际，到窑埠、五星商业街不远，酒店楼下就有shopping mall，大堂在42楼，前台的帅哥美女们礼貌和服务十分好。住宿在这里能够满足你对城市夜景的合理想象。在房间和餐厅都能把城市一览无余！下次还会考虑再住。

  挺不错的一家酒店，景观很好，但是觉得应该配有浴缸才更加符合五星酒店，厕所的空间稍微小了些。工作人员服务态度也很热情，早餐也蛮丰盛，房间的空调要改进，不制冷只有送风模式。

  客观来说可以给4分，主观只能给到3分。酒店在保利广场42层-52层，停车场负二层有酒店的入口，开车的停在负二比较方便上酒店。但电梯有个弊端，无论是上还是下，都得到1楼换乘电梯。房间大小适中，不带浴缸，浴室的花洒出水很稳定很舒服。房间望出去的景色是很不错的，这个加分。我选的房型是大床房，但是，床居然是两张单人床拼在一起，这就让人难以接受了，有着HYATT加持的酒店不该出这种错误吧？ 总的来说，酒店虽然评级五星但实际体验为四星，希望酒店能拥有真正的大床房吧，这点真的令人诧异。

  早餐中规中矩，服务也很好，每个员工见到客人都会微笑打招呼。房间稍微有点气味，厕所还应该多加个一个妆前镜，楼层隔音不错，够安静，就是缺个电动窗帘，不过江景房700块还是真的很值。。。比阳朔那些2000-3000的值🤣🤣🤣以后柳州只来这家，风景真的绝绝子，去万象、万达都很方便。停车免费的
