  环境很优美，地理位置很好，交通很方便，房间很舒适也很卫生，服务人员超级热情，乐于提供各种帮助，小李的服务也很贴心很细心。设施也很人性化，网络高速信号很好，窗外风景好视野开阔。有特别的开床服务，房间小摆件的设计也很有特色。性价比不错，下次还会来。

  来柳州旅行，一番对比之下选择了这家酒店，体验过后发现是一个正确的决定。酒店前台在21层，办理手续的效率很高，还给升级了房间。房间面积足够大，设施齐全，盥洗室部分布局合理，硬件设施上确实具备高档酒店的水平。特别值得提出的是，酒店的服务意识非常好，房间的冰箱里准备了供免费饮用的牛奶和饮料，赠送的水果和点心也能看出比较用心。总之是一次满意的住宿体验。
