酒店酒店服务很好，每个员工都很热心阳光，真没想法在洛阳还有这么好服务的酒店，酒店地理位置好，大气，装修风格老气些，但是干净的卫生和好的服务弥补了设施老气的不足。总体感觉很棒。

这种贴心的服务是国际型大酒店比不了的。也是唯一觉得可以跟日本温泉旅馆想媲美的酒店。虽然设施不是太新，也有点小飞虫，但是酒店环境和服务是没得说，非常为客户着想。洛阳的朋友极力推荐的酒店，下次来洛阳还希望能入住这家酒店。

东山宾馆是老五星了，设施有些陈旧，但是设计感是真好。没事可以在酒店庭院里散散步，享受一下亲子时光。餐厅饭菜做的很好吃，不像流行的川湘菜，只是以辣取胜🤪

5号楼小杜高铁站出口举牌来接，司机段师傅在车库等待，小杜温柔亲切，段师傅热情健谈，一路聊天。在接待中心办好入住，坐摆渡车到5号楼，房间宽敞整洁，特别安静，床超大，床品新，家具不显旧，朴素实用，卫浴有点旧，使用没问题，温泉水，水压大，温暖舒适，浴巾新，厚实，浴袍有两种面料。早餐在二楼，餐厅不大，品种经典，清淡可口，服务人员态度很好，茶室在4楼，视野开阔，白天晒太阳可以坐阳台，观西山石窟。
