酒店很新，服务也不错，服务人员见到都会问好。解决问题也很快，而且免费送了一份早餐，早餐种类也可以，环境也挺好，胡萝卜汁特别好喝！

酒店非常好，很新很漂亮，服务周到，停车方便，每个服务人员都笑容可掬。房间干净，早餐丰富，位置也很好，在地铁口旁边。作为洲际酒店集团旗下的中国元素豪华五星酒店，也是北仑现在唯一的豪华酒店，很值得入住。
