The hotel is very good, and the location is great. The food is the only issue that I have with the hotel. The room service brought food that wasn’t hot, and it tasted like it had been cooked the day before. The complimentary breakfast is nice, but it was cold no matter what time we went down to eat it. The volume for the tv is set to stop at a volume thats way too low. You can’t hear anything that your trying to watch. Most of the amenities were closed because of COVID. It’s a good hotel, but the food was cold and the tv volume wasn’t very loud.

威斯汀位置很好，风景也不错，这次入住体验了酒廊的服务，非常好，感谢Jade和 Allison的服务非常用心，感觉宾至如归。下次还会再来。

给差评主要是跟万豪有对比，深圳过来的玩的八百八定的
1.几个水果有一个是坏的
2.价格完全偏高根本不值得这个价，设施老旧不说电视50寸都没有 六十个台？被套太旧了一堆线头 不穿衣服刺挠着我痒死了
3.冰箱里饮料几个不超过50块钱的饮料前台入住时不说明要收费，你们那几个破水果怎么也不收费呢？ 别的这种豪华型的酒店吧台里的收费吗？ 等我退房了我女友把东西都喝掉了告诉我要收费那几个饮料居然要270多！万豪旗下？万豪吧台里的饮料收费吗？ 这让人非常不愉快 是不是那些个茶包用了也需要收费？总价花了一千多？这种环境和服务？第一次来宁波，也是最后一次来体验真的极其差！
4.两人入住一双拖鞋？这对比我在宁波前一晚住的根本不值得这个价 甚至给人店大欺客感觉

周末游玩选择了位置极佳的威斯汀，停车是免费的，入住的时候就能登记车牌，Keely Lucy 安排的江景房视野开阔，送过来的水果比较简单，但是也是一份心意～～
