阳台房风景很美，可以看到海景，不过这个季节不适合去海边玩耍，风特别大。酒店出来有一块区域是酒店自己造的雪，可以带小朋友玩一下，拍拍照什么的，酒店床品非常舒适，一楼自助餐旁，康体中心对面有小兔子可以喂，蔬菜杯五元一杯，小朋友很喜欢，一楼的游泳和健身都是免费的，早餐一楼秦咖啡，二楼有中餐厅秦香阁，菜品还不错，二十三楼有全天免费对豪华阁客人开放的软饮小点，环境很好，还有个儿童乐园，适合小朋友玩耍，不好的地方是有些卫生和服务方面的小细节还需要加强，只是正常的办理入住，却被服务员请求点名表扬，令人心里感觉很不舒服，房门卡两次三番打不开，上下的跑，还好可以去同行的另一间房休息，不然岂不是要在门外傻等，总体还是比较满意

服务很好，员工热情，只是前台服务员在特别热情的服务后特意写下名字给我，让在点评的时候点名表扬，略有不舒服，景色很好，离沙滩很近，个别小设施有损坏不能用得情况，不应是香格里拉的水准
