地理位置不错，管理挺严格，房间有点小，次日下午2点退房捷克rona水晶玻璃杯，还有胶囊咖啡，拖鞋质量有点差哦！！服务不错，服务及时，售后也很重视没订早餐，不知道怎么样景观客房面向高楼大厦，字节跳动，百度，腾讯等等入住一天，本来是在网上续住的，已经付款了，在下午3点多的时候行程有变动，在网上取消了，也打电话给前台说明了原因，6点回去收拾行李退房就走了，这点很重要，半天的房费没有收取我们的费用，感谢汉普斯酒店。

酒店太棒啦，酒店设施都很新，房间也很干净，环境优美，夜景太棒了～前台接待服务也太棒啦！谢谢大副经理何东升和周经理Jessica的精心布置和热情接待，员工Jackson梁也很棒哈！这个生日过的太开心啦～一家人在一起其乐融融，比预想的环境更加完美，感谢～

服务非常，前台方蝶小姐姐的微笑和温柔的声音让人有宾至如归的感觉～还有也特别感谢图中这个小杰哥哥～看到我们行李太多主动帮忙拿行李到车上，情人节前台小哥哥还主动升了套房，房间很大很干净布置得也很用心，房间还有bosw音响，智能机器人送外卖很方便，整个酒店的智能化做的很不错，超级愉快的一次入住体验

这两天没啥事做…就又来汉普斯住一个晚上…大堂的刘迁经理服务态度特别好…上次过来住有些意见给他提了…也很用心的都记下了…这次过来提前帮我安排好房间…同时也为我升级了房型…这次来比上次的体验感觉更好了…房间里两张手写的小卡片让人感觉太暖心了…之前提过卸妆巾的问题…这次也特地解决了…有时候就是这点小东西就会让人感觉很贴心…一切都挺好的…有浴缸的房型如果有配备浴盐就比较方便…不用出去买…还有就是套房如果再睡房那边还有一台电视的话就更完美了…希望贵店能越做越好…😁😁😁😁

来深圳出差常住的酒店。对于商务出差的人来说，这是个治愈型酒店。很有品味的设计风格是我选择这家酒店的首要原因。装修细节也远远超出其他同规格轻奢酒店。酒店色调高级，灯光也很人性化，加上都市夜景，总体入住感受很安静温暖。非常喜欢。虽然是4星标准，个人认为至少在软件上达到5星标准。从前台到清洁工作人员，热情有分寸。提一下前台的廖锦宽，礼貌得体的介绍安排，让踏入酒店那一刻就开始有了很好的体验，感谢！
