28th September 2019, Marriott International announced the opening of Renaissance Shenzhen Luohu Hotel, marking the debut of the Renaissance brand in Shenzhen.Among only a handful of international hotels in the district, the Renaissance Shenzhen Luohu celebrates its surroundings through design, curated events and locally inspired dining. The lobby and its R Bar greet guests with a modern blend of geometric patterns, bold furnishings, creative uses of light and jewel-toned accents. This style extends to other public spaces including the hotel’s more than 11,840 sq. ft. of meeting and event space and The Sky Paradise, a revolving rooftop restaurant overlooking the city. Accommodations take a contemporary yet simple approach with wood accents, bright lighting and smart design. The all-day dining Food Studio reflects a similar aesthetic with natural materials and sleek lines. Renaissance Shenzhen Luohu Hotel also offers a 24-hour fitness center and seasonal outdoor pool. The neighborhood is filled with shopping, entertainment and cultural experiences, and guests can easily connect to areas outside of Shenzhen, including Hong Kong, with the nearby Shenzhen Railway Station.
