又一次来到安榭度假??酒店，服务一如继往的棒，一开始订的行政套房，前台小美女看到我们带着小朋友，给了我们一间亲子主题套房，房间是熊本熊系列，房间很有感觉，小朋友也很喜欢，房间很干净，还点了精油，味道很清新淡雅，很好闻，酒店还有一个无边景观池，很有感觉，很漂亮，退房前台小美女还咨询了入住感受，很热情，等春节假期我们还会再来入住，体验酒店的极美环境以及优质的服务。

适合带小朋友休闲度假的地方。
酒店有室内和室外的儿童游乐设施，游泳池也有小朋友的小泳池。
房间比较整洁，干净。定的带露台房间，露台的沙发和椅子没有打扫的样子，比较旧也比较脏。
游泳池相对比较干净，泳池旁边看看湖景不错。
早餐是固定的中式面套餐和面包类的自助，比较简单。
停车周末基本上酒店门口都满了，可以停稍微远一点，走过来大概5分钟左右。

酒店的设施不符合这个价格，基本属于四星的，马桶水都冲不下去，浴室地上的瓷砖已经发霉了，过去的时候第一间房间墙外由于下雨爬满了蜗牛，后面换了一间，但是估计是在一楼的关系，瓷砖都有点发霉，淋雨的下水是堵住的，洗着洗着水下不去都漫上来了，最后在浴缸里勉强洗完的，体验感不好，只能说景好位置好，但是酒店名不符实

国庆节出游，虽然人很多，但是酒店还给免费升级了熊本熊套房，女儿超级开心。有小朋友玩的游乐场，很不错。服务态度好。很满意的酒店。有很好的夜景观。
