酒店很新，所以非常干净，也没有任何异味。我们当天10点半就到酒店了，还没到入住时间，我们是打算放行李在酒店前台的，和他们表达完，酒店前台的工作人员非常nice 说有空房间可以直接让我们先办理入住，这服务简直太贴心了！！！我跟朋友两个姑娘不喜欢有异味烟味的酒店，苏州湾亚朵酒店新开的，真的很干净，这次入住很满意，旁边是希尔顿欢朋酒店，也入住过，比较起来更喜欢这家新开的亚朵酒店！

苏州湾亚朵酒店真心各方面都有独特魅力。首先地理位置非常棒，位于美丽的苏州湾湖畔，又和砂之船奥莱毗邻；然后是硬件设施和服务都是无可挑剔的；早餐品种丰富，美味可口。有机会还会再来体验亚朵酒店，非常赞！

酒店位置很好，服务很热情，周到，卫生干净，房间整洁，没有异味，整洁，卫生很好，枕头舒服干净，床单被套干净利落，地板整洁，大厅干净，走廊很整洁，设施齐全，手机充电线拉在房间，服务员帮我很快找到，送了下来，整体很好。
