酒店很卫生，交通也很便利，近邻地铁口，有自己的停车场。主要是前台服务很热情，能主动为客人着想，及时快捷的提供服务。尤其是前台姓孙的一位小姐姐服务很有耐心，无论多忙，都能耐心解决客人的疑问和所需服务，为她点赞

带小朋友去苏州金鸡湖玩，选择了这家酒店，到了酒店给安排了套房，有点惊喜，一看就是新装修的，还好没有味道，要不对小朋友不好，总台小姐姐看我带小朋友，还送了一份小礼品给我，下次来苏州还会选择这家酒店。

酒店挺新的，房间空调 电视 还有窗帘都可以智能语音控制，有点酷，卧室的床也超级舒服！睡得很香，下次来苏州玩还会考虑住这边。

出差订的，房间蛮新，设备都很好，床蛮舒服，晚上睡觉也不吵，离地铁站不远，周边去吃个饭买个东西都很方便，性价比不错的。
