首先不得不说价钱是很便宜的，但是服务态度真的是很差，尤其是入住的当天，我说我需要有窗户的房间，是给了我一间有窗户的，但是窗户打开外面是个储物室，有和没有是一个样，而且房间味道很大，想想一个晚上就算了。不知道是不是用艺龙订的房间都是很差的

房间设施陈旧！电视总共能收到20个台还有一半不能看！电视是80年代的旧电视！而且房间不干净！地毯脏的不行了

临时定的房间，我们到宾馆的时候，网站工作人员正在和宾馆在沟通，艺龙值得赞下！宾馆服务也到位，房间很安静，隔音也足够了！宾馆地处闹市步行街！

首先承认酒店地点很棒，但是酒店的细节做的很差，比如电视老旧，几乎没什么台，酒店整体来说卫生条件不是很好，还望酒店改善。

地处观前文化市场，比较方便也相对安静。店内设施尚可，电视机应该更换新一点的了，无线网络不稳定，时有时无，希望改进。艺龙预定比较方便，价格也优惠。

特价房在繁华的商圈不错也不贵，环境挺好，也干净。唯一不足就是开门就是床

入住该酒店总体感觉不错，房间等设施也都还可以，服务员也都很好，该酒店就在观前街闹市区，购物观光都非常方便，唯一遗憾的是该酒店没停车的地方，要停车还要跑到其他地方去停车，还好停车费还是蛮便宜的24小时20元，以后有机会去苏州我还会去住的。
