酒店极差，床垫很硬上面没有铺任何软絮只有张床单，感觉就睡在铁丝网上又硬又冷，枕头很高，我打开看原来是两个枕头叠加一起用的，被子极薄，因为是中央空调制热极差，隔音也不好。

我本人就是提前三天在网上预订了房间，而且当天我也电话联系了酒店确认有房间。而等到我当时去酒店开房的时候，前台却告诉我没有我的订单，而且告诉我没有房间了。而且当时前台也站有很多人，我当时也了解到有两对男女朋友也是在网上提前预订，到了前台也说没有房间了。而且当时是晚上8点钟，有已经入住的房客，到楼下质询前台“为什么不开空调，没有空调很冷”。当时前台也很不认真的说：不知道。当时我就马上电话联系艺龙的客服，打了两次电话让艺龙的售后处理。等了半个小时，酒店前台才在售后的压力下不情愿的给我开了一间房间。反正我一直呆在那里的前台的服务不到位，而且好像是新手一问三不知。一个男的一个女的前台，客人很多都忙不过来，他们还在那里打情骂俏。我服了他们了。然后我入住了房间，发现一个电灯是坏的，而且在洗手间的墙上还残留着打扫不干净的几缕头发。反正我还是感谢艺龙的售后让我很满意。差就差在酒店前台的服务：一问三不知，而且看起来是个新手，一句话：不知道，就打发了很多客人。
