每周出差苏州新区，已经N次入住华美达，整体感觉不是太好。昨天又因为房价没热水，半夜换房。常常被空调出风口震动扰得无法入睡。车库里早上送货车乱停放影响出行。晚上自助餐质量不好，常拉肚子。

国庆假期去的入住的人很多，房间很大很干净，前台服务也不错，酒店还有健身房可以使用，不愧是4星级的很棒，自助早餐也还行。

国庆期间酒店生意暴好，导致服务跟不上，服务员态度差，房间应该12点交房，一直等到到下午2点多；寄存行李时，寄存管理人员站在那让客人自行搬放寄存；房间大床房很大，是用两张单人床拼接起来的；房间空气不好，反映后给了一台空气净化器，净化器开着只是心里得到些安慰其实基本无净化效果，但国庆价格还算亲民吧。
