酒店服务一如既往地好，前台客服很细心，服务态度可以说是很优质的服务体验。根据要求安排免费早餐准点送达房间，中午可以在酒店苏面馆吃到正宗的苏州特色苏面，很好吃。晚上到房间酒店前台会随即安排服务员送来热牛奶，很温暖很贴心。在此谢谢你们。酒店交通方便，来苏州旅游、商务出差首选，值得推荐！

交通、食宿便利，卫生、环境、服务都很好。前台客服认真负责，每次都关照客房部提前开启房间空调，使得这么冷的天气一进房间感觉特别的暖，睡前还送来热牛奶，自助早餐送到房间，很暖心 很周到。值得推荐。

客房部从前台经理到客房服务员都很热情。预定房的房间空调服务员都提前开好，自助早餐送到房间，品种很多。晚上睡前还送来牛奶。很暖心。住宿、用餐、宴请都很方便。值得推荐。
