酒店景观做的非常棒！但房间内部基本没有任何细节，太冰冷生硬，缺少些温馨。很大的空间没看出任何软硬装设计，摆上家具床品就算完事了。

🚗 交通：北寺塔站出来就是，拙政园、苏博、观前街等均步行可达
🧹卫生：阿姨们都超勤劳的，忙前忙后，打扫很及时
🍃环境：院子、书房、茶室、小厨房、私汤一应俱全，关键基本都是供住客免费使用的，真的有宾至如归的感觉哦
🔔服务：非常亲切，也很为住客考虑，尽可能多地给予帮助，棒！
已经向朋友们推荐了，沉浸式体验苏州园林，性价比很高～

酒店结合了苏州园林和望族私宅的特点，设计改造得比较简洁，有点日式风，酒店服务非常好！早餐也非常丰富，房间里配置了洗衣烘干机，非常棒！

这次来苏州入住有熊酒店枕水套房和豪华间
环境很舒服 服务水准很专业
下雨天入住酒店特体让waiter拿伞来接我哈哈
期间有些不可抗力导致的不愉快也很好的被解决掉 每晚还有酒店送的甜汤 银耳汤非常好喝 拯救胃痛
非常喜欢前台主管卢女士 服务非常贴心 在临走时候还做了伴手礼的补偿 内心非常温暖 如果酒店老板看到麻烦加鸡腿！
只要来苏州就会再次入住有熊酒店 非常喜欢这里
我不是托！这里真的很舒服！
酒店还有茶室和书房什么的 就是很滋润 ！

酒店很特别，是贝律铭的叔祖父贝润生的私家宅院。房间设施很齐全，智能马桶也很赞，蓝牙音箱也很好用。房间还做了免费升级。前台的小姐姐小姚说话很礼貌，而且很贴心，外卖都会帮我送到房间。入住了很多次了，强烈推荐！！！

管家们都很客气 设施很完善 园林也很美 甜汤很好喝
