酒店服务很贴心。来的小访客打碎一个肥皂盒，退房时告诉大堂服务员，第一句话是问人有没有伤到？第二句话是没关系的！很温暖！房间设施有点小瑕疵已经留言给房间服务员了，不知道有没有转告酒店客服，这是台南风景最好的酒店，值得入住。

时隔6年再来台南香格里拉。惊艳！应该是住过最好的香格里拉酒店，也是感受最好的酒店之一，从门童Andy 到入住时的benny 和 freda, 都特别亲切，入住雅仕套房，整个成功大学一览无余。备品使用欧舒丹Jasmin bergamot 系列，十分高雅的香氛。第二天回房时发现打扫得无比细致，完全被房务的细心给打动，可惜我不知道他/她的名字，真的很想好好感谢。酒店有提供户外泳池，8月的台南实在是太热太晒，没有使用，三温暖一个热汤一个冷汤，虽然不多，但解乏是够了。每晚大堂吧还有现场演奏，忍不住坐下来点一杯红酒，喜出望外有我非常喜欢的McManis。没有在酒店用早餐，大概每家五星级酒店都差不多，两天外出尝试了悦津咸粥和阿堂咸粥，都非常棒，建议来台南应该尝试在地的特色。非常完美的一次旅程。

总体很不错，店员服务热情餐饮丰富可口，交通位置离火车站（台铁不是高铁）很近，可以方便到达。19是可以入住的。

虽然略显陈旧，在台南算是最好的酒店了。总体很不错，无论是地理位置还是服务。靠近火车站和成功大学，到哪里都比较方便。
