  非常好的酒店，房间干净卫生，一进房间有非常暖心的小动物欢迎你，有回家的感觉，我的腰疼，出门总是想寻找一家床硬一点的酒店，没有，可是这儿有最好的冷经理，有最好的管理，客房服务一流没有硬床，可以创造，可以翻个个，可以去掉床垫，只有你想不到，没你你做不到的，饭菜可口，自助可以吃到乳山最鲜美的海蛎子，北方暖心的面食，火锅🍲……香喷喷的饭菜，满满的热情，等你离店时还有暖心的小礼物🎁！我想说，美丽的大乳山，有机会我还来，到时候入住华玺大酒店是我唯一的选择！

  免费升级套房这不是重点，重点是服务态度超级好，管家式服务热情到位，尤其冷经理服务周到，早餐预留座位。每晚迎宾水果，离店还无微不至的携小礼品送客！充分体现出母爱乳山的人文精神

  餐勉强说得过去吧，早餐就吃了一顿，在乳山这边也算是首屈一指了！到店还给免费升级了套房，服务没得说，重点在酒店冷经理，五星级酒店住过太多，马代的私人管家也没有冷经理服务好，军人退伍，人又很热情，能帮的忙都给帮！冷经理必须五星！

  很多次入住了，一直是冷经理招待，孩子们都认识啦，很有过年气氛。由于春节期间，人不多有些冷清，也是难得的清静。早餐送房间。吃过几次自助和早餐，食材和口味需要改进，如果餐饮能提高上来，感觉应该更满足，住和吃一样重要塞。总体不错，值得入住。

  放假哪里也不能去，出省更是疫情防控，周边游玩。孩子很开心，酒店一如既往的服务周到，房间大气舒适，只是餐饮需要改进，毕竟吃也是一大事。总之，酒店不错舒适。
