  目前威海位置最好，设施最好的酒店，附近就是威海的中心商业中心，吃饭，游玩都很方便，海景房可以看到威海的地标性建筑“辛福门”，房间布局合理，可以泡着浴缸看大海，卫生干净，服务态度好，尤其是大堂的孙莹经理很有耐心，由于对家里老大睡觉对噪音和光线敏感，孙经理不厌其烦，给看了几个房间，另外早餐有自助广式早茶也是惊喜，不是那种冻品复蒸的，而是自己现做的，烧卖和皮蛋瘦肉粥都能达到广州专业早茶的水平。

  时隔三年来到威海，仍选择入住大厦B座，酒店设施还是老样子，但是服务有了很高层次的提升，感谢大堂孙莹经理从入住到退房的热情接待，使我感觉到回家的温馨。东方好望角，幸福宜居城，山海画卷，精致威海。太爱这里了……

  首先感谢下大堂的前台袁丹小姐姐，服务很nice。第二天我们临时订房也帮我们预留房间。 早餐自助式，还可以。种类比较多。就是没有烤面包片，我念了几天也没吃到有点遗憾。 地理位置很好，房间也足够大。旁边夜市的鸡架真好吃！ 不足：衣帽间大理石走路有点粘拖鞋，不光脚其实还好。第二天的浴缸返垃圾，茶叶什么的都返上来了。这个比较不好接受，哎～

  地理位置优越，对面幸福门广场旁边威高商场离东城路夜市也近，美景美食乐购一应俱全。店员服务态度好，下车帮忙把行李拿到房间，上下电梯帮忙按电梯且有礼貌的让顾客先走出电梯。大堂副理袁丹还帮我们租车去那香海游玩，时刻关心我们的行程！入住舒适提供的洗浴用品好还送苹果早餐丰盛！值得入住！

  酒店的颜值是在线的！景色和设施都很棒！最值得一提的是服务，超人性化，前台的美女妹妹们总是笑容满面，看带老人入住还给升级了海景房。在这里我想衷心的感谢大堂副理孙莹，办理入住后搀扶老人上电梯并送至房间，还给我们介绍了周边的美食和旅游景点，孙经理在我和家人入住期间给予了我们无微不至的关心和帮助，充分体现了一位酒店人的职业素养。服务满分，推荐大家入住！
