酒店位置不错，停车也很方便，房间很大，上下都有厕所，还有一个衣帽间。但是房间的设计就很无脑了，升级成了行政大床房，一楼没有电视就算了，二楼床边的插座居然全部被床的靠背遮住，为了使用插座只能将床向另一边挪动，结果另一边只有一条刚刚够走路的小缝隙可以去到厕所，明显就是装修的失误。而且洗澡时水压不稳定，水量时大时小，水温也是忽冷忽热。最主要的是凌晨回酒店，被困在电梯里长达40分钟，期间多次使用电梯报警系统，只有一次有答复，且无法正常交流。后来联系酒店前台也只是得到一个已与工程部联系的答复，且当班的工程部人员无法解决问题，还需要去宿舍找其他人员来帮忙解决问题，另外此部电梯未按时进行年检。面对紧急情况，酒店毫无应对办法，导致客人在凌晨被困电梯40分钟，作为酒店的管理者，应该检讨。
