酒店位置就是得天独厚的，前面楚河汉街，后面地铁站。周边吃，购物都方便。两年前刚开业不久住过一次。刚开始确实还不错，服务啊，卫生啊，起码每个人都彬彬有礼。这次感觉就没那么好了，首先唯一值得表扬的是搞卫生的阿姨，她们都是很有礼貌的，而且都能热情的帮忙。酒店的浴巾确实该换的就要换了，下图一个大洞，而且黄黄旧旧的就别给客人用了。还有要提出一个，早餐问题。从进门的登记房卡的服务员开始每一个都是板！着！脸！的，住了两天吃了两天早餐没有听过他们说过一声：你好。（起码对我和我的家人没说过）餐厅里面的服务员也一样，黑口黑脸。他她们确实是忙，收拾餐具时我会主动和他们说谢谢。但从未见过他们有回应，乃至一个微笑也好，都没有。早上九点正，我还听到其中一名员工大声埋怨客人为啥都来得这么晚，一来就一大群。what！？早餐不是到十点的吗？就算我9:59分到，你也要给我点吃点吧？至于早餐品种就……不说了。离开时，站门口的服务员还一直低头玩手机，我相片都拍下来了。但就不发上来了，毕竟我说这么多只是想酒店管理方面改进，并不是想她丢饭碗。也许她不在乎。这次入住体验没第一次好，希望改进吧。
