汉街边交通便利，酒店内部设施一应俱全，有贴心的下午茶和晚茶，全部免费，房间舒适，自带浴缸。对的起这个价格，今天是平安夜，酒店还贴心的送了平安果

总结来说就是一家只有二星级酒店心气的服务团队做出来的所谓五星酒店。
1.电梯脏乱不堪，令人感觉不适。
2.早餐种类少，味道差，并且一看就是小气吧啦的，每种东西放那么一点点，还不怎么新鲜。
3.套房格局差，隔音差，附赠的所谓下午茶更是令人对这个酒店失望，水果就两种。
4.酒店因为故障没有热水了，大冬天的没有热水，晚上11点多给客人打电话说没热水了，第二天早上还是没有热水，酒店没有采取任何补偿和安抚工作，觉得理所当然，这就是服务！跟前台反馈，避而不答，只有一句不好意思。
5.总之就是不尊重用户感受，不注重客户体验，如果这个酒店这种思路下去，迟早要完。

酒店价格挺高的，然而问题一大堆。
第一次给差评，首先酒店电梯脏乱不堪，简直就是个破货梯，根本不维护的吗？还五星级酒店自称。
第二：酒店居然因为什么原因没有热水了，没有热水导致顾客没办法洗澡洗头，一点补偿措施和安抚都没有，就当做理所当然，不是自己的问题，除了说不好意思之外，没有任何实质性的服务提现。这样也好意思说自己是服务行业？就靠一次性买卖的吗？
第三：酒店床上清理后还能看到大量的头发之类的东西，请问换过床单吗？
第四：酒店早餐价格不低，然而品质简直不如快捷酒店，品类少，味道差，还不新鲜。

每次到武汉都住这家酒店，今年停车场好了，可以电梯直接上大堂，方便多了。
