酒店服务增心差。我开车从神农架到武汉已经9:30分了。酒店没有停车位。我打电话给前台。前台服务员说没有停车位那你说怎么办。要么我把你的订单取消掉。我直接发火。晚上9:30分因为没有停车位就要把我的订单取消？我大晚上拖家带口去哪里找酒店。还号称5星级。这个五星酒店就是这样的服务哈？太差了。
