在此分享给朋友们，去武汉一定不要去这个酒店，我网上预订的，酒店环境脏乱差，前台服务态度很差，最后离店没退压金，打电话沟通多次未果，一个多月后不停打电话骚扰，要开户行及身份证信息，经常发信息打电话，很烦。

整体来说还是不错的，硬件设施都很棒！只是房间内的净化器扫码后才可以开启，但总不太灵敏。酒店走廊摆放了纯净水，随意取用，显示了酒店的服务诚意，比那些星级酒店要瓶水堪比要他命一样的酒店好感高出几百倍！点赞👍

5星是给酒店的。但是对于艺龙网真是失望。此次出差一共订了两间房，一个大床一个标间，住三天。因同行的人家中突然有急事所以标间想要提前一天退掉。结果艺龙网诸多推脱，我都一再表示，可以不用全额退，扣手续费什么的都行，或者让我可以转让，反正答复给我的就是没办法，已经生成订单就处理不了。如果不是有急事谁会大早上6点就离开酒店，谁想这么麻烦的跟你们艺龙反复沟通，最后希望艺龙跟酒店打声招呼我自己去跟酒店谈都不愿意，说没办法，这是代理商订的房，真行！！！还是自己来到酒店前台，跟大堂经理一沟通对方就同意退房，扣除半天房费，很快就办理完。这（特别感谢杨经理，非常热情积极的帮我把房处理好，知道我有事出去主动说等对方回复后打电话给我别耽误我时间）。其实挺简单的事情，谁都有急事的时候又不是恶意退房，就不能相互理解一下么？

酒店各项设施齐全，房间很宽敞，干净，尤其是床睡起来很舒服。距离武昌火车站比较近，无奈武汉到处都在修，总体来说出行还算方便，很满意，下次会再来。
