定了2个大床，告诉我只能住6楼，5楼还是ktv，让我加价换高点的楼层，不加价不给换，加了价钱，比到店还贵了，换了楼层给我开了2次2个标间，我们就2人住俩个大床，4张床难道要我们分开睡么？楼上楼下坐了3次电梯才住下。房间还一股酸味。住过最差的星级酒店。
