酒店整体来说，服务好，位置好，交通便利 ，房间设施很新，嘉华天使很关注客人。前台对于客人提出的需求，都会积极满足，让我感觉特别暖心。总之住店期间整体感觉非常棒 ，遇到的工人作人员都很有礼貌，前台Zoe chen退房问候，疫情期间住的很安心，下次会继续入住

酒店装修很温馨，服务人员也很热情，前台办理快速，可以推荐周围好吃的饭馆。房间的洗浴用品很好，白兰花的味道很好，闻起来很温馨。客房阿姨每天都会给我们更换拖鞋和浴巾，房间打扫的也很干净。前厅Zoe chen大堂问候，推荐入住

前台Claire退房服务态度好，酒店设施设备完善，服务效率很高，特别专业，乐于提供各种帮助 ，热情周到。房间干净整洁，而且各种东西都准备的很齐全，真的特别开心的入住体验！逛街出行都非常的方便，离东湖位置非常的近，很适合散步，可以去看看。酒店周边的配套设施完善，吃喝玩乐旁边都能满足，应有尽有，nice，期待下一次入住！ 下次我还会来的。
