厦门康莱德酒店的服务非常棒，点赞。我们一家三口是18年7月23日入住的，入住当天礼宾服务部在一楼接待了我们，非常热情。退房的时候将一条围巾遗落在了酒店一楼礼宾部，到机场发现后给宾客服务中心打的电话，当时是一位名叫叶思思的女士得知我们焦急的心情后，及时与礼宾部的同事联系帮我们寻找，没过一会便通知我们一楼礼宾部的Alice帮我们找到了，我们对他们的服务非常满意。对礼宾部的Alice，Adam和宾客服务中心的叶思思三位的服务态度表示感谢。

酒店地理位置得天独厚，在酒店就能看见鼓浪屿，厦大和南普陀寺步行可到非常方便，酒店餐饮水准很不错服务也非常好，是厦门最好的五星酒店！

去的那天是端午假期后的一天，酒店人少，由于家庭游，订了三间52层高级行政海景房，自动窗帘、海景落地窗、浴缸那天正好可以看世界杯，以及酒店干净的泳池、健身房给人留下了深刻印象。行政酒廊、下午茶点，都不错，我们还开了瓶红酒。第一次带家人国内旅游，大家都很开心，非常值得。
