入住之前因为证件问题和到店时间较晚还有首晚房费如何收取的原因，两次打电话到酒店询问，酒店回复没有问题，第一天下午打电话给我，讲因为我到店时间较晚 让我补交担保，如果不做担保或者不预付首晚房费就会给我取消房间，我理解你们的工作，可是能不能提前告诉我，像厦门这样的旅游城市 如果我不同意你们的要求，我就要临时找酒店，在同样价格和条件下，我只能花更多的钱去住同样的房
间，而且我还不一定找的到，这样对我的出行会造成很多不便，而且离开酒店快两个星期了，我的网站订单显示取消，我明明去了，为什么会显示取消，因为原本打算要去鼓浪屿住的，所以多订了一个订单，后来因为特殊原因取消了行程，要不然都不能点评，入住第二天下午酒店打电话告诉我，证件不合适需要区派出所开证明，如果没有证明就不能再继续住，入住四晚床品还没有更换过，第五晚才换了床品，想想厦门的天气，无语了~ 比较满意的是酒店的早餐时间，退房时值班的前台工作人员也很负责 遗落的东西也帮助邮寄了，酒店位置是真的不错，离地铁站 公交站牌都很近，方便出游

地理位置好，交通便利在地铁文灶站4号出口对面，周边公交也很方便。酒店设施虽然陈旧但服务员、保安态度好，让人感到很满意，特地在这里多住了几天。早餐也很不错，品种很丰富。

性价比高。早餐丰富，中西俱备，关键是热炒添加及时。服务态度很好，管理到位。出门不是热闹地段，但对面就是地铁1号线文灶站，交通方便。
