非常不错的国营老牌酒店！服务水平和意识超越一般的民营酒店，几乎每名服务人员都热情主动，特别是电动车郑师傅非常赞！
酒店大门口就是大沙滩，小朋友玩沙不能太方便！
酒店餐厅价格和楼下大排档一个价位，但水平高出不是一两个档次。
酒店是岛上为数不多有自己电动车的单位，出行太方便，尤其是夏天高温情况下，太棒了！
推荐各位带娃儿的游客可以考虑。

酒店离内厝澳码头很近，步行只有10分钟，老牌的四星酒店，房间有点小陈旧，不过酒店的服务还是很好的，很热情！对了，酒店的泳池不错，是个亮点！

酒店服务不错，特别是开电频观光车的师傅（名字中间有个茂字）帮我们加班跑了一趟码头，否则我们返程要耽误一个多小时，服务意识很强👍感谢

酒店环境很好，出门就是鼓浪石景点，去了才知道那里居然是极限挑战的拍摄地点。颜经理人很好，我们出门游玩，她都帮忙加班车送我们。

泳池很干净，每晚都消毒，定期换水，房间也很整洁，服务更没得说了，酒店颜总监和她的员工们对待我们就像家人一样，特别耐心，细致，周到，最后一天退房我们落了一盒烟在房间，回到厦门市区才发现，颜总监居然在当晚派她的员工下班时给我们送了回来，不知该怎样表达此次鼓浪屿之行的心情了，真心推荐大家选择这家酒店！！！

这么多年出门旅游，唯一一次感觉像被家人一样耐心细致地照料，不管我们有任何问题或者需求，酒店颜总监和她的员工们都会竭尽所能尽量满足，在此表示感谢，这也使得我们本来决定岛上只住一晚，因为住宿体验感太好，硬是多住了一晚，强烈推荐，绝不会踩雷！！！

酒店位置距内厝澳码头比较近，走路大概十分钟即到酒店，距菽庄花园和日光岩等景点也比较近，带孩子去海滩玩沙子很方便；设施还算比较全，游泳池和小型健身房都有，但房间比较潮湿，有发霉的味道，孩子进房间就鼻塞难过，希望能改进
