第一次在艺龙订房，广告的消费后返现红包不对现，无信誉可言，到酒店后拿房说是在携程订的房，不是艺龙，可恨的是这酒店见我们没成年男性，硬说是小朋友拆了自费的避孕套，退房前一刻我才仔细检查过房间物品，根本远可能，搞卫生阿姨还拿了证据过来，一个很旧的盒子，证据不足，真是糟糕的旅程，小孩子住的第二天就发烧，酒店算阵旧了，往后的人生绝对不会在艺龙订房。

虽然酒店建的比较早，但房间里还不错，空调给力7月底开28℃有些凉! 洗澡水量很大，要开小点，不然来不及下。服务员很客气，还要帮忙提箱子，不过酒店是不规则连体别墅群，第一次找房间，如果没服务员领，可要花点时间! 大堂提供免费茶水! 游泳池要带帽子进去，专人看管，租游泳圈10元! 露台上还可以晒衣服! 酒店门口过小马路就是沙滩和鼓浪石! 早餐中西式自助，还满丰富的！

鼓浪别墅酒店环境不错、很贴心！第二天订另外一家旅馆，（花之声旅馆），每晚一千多，环景差得把我家吓跑了，我们没住直接回厦门市区，打了多个电话同程网都没能协调补偿一点费用，浪费了我一千多。伤心呀！！！
