8月暑休入驻凯宾斯基，前台看我带孩子给免费升级了房型，细心周到，体现了酒店的品格。虽然12日晚上进房间出了些插曲……但好在前台小姑娘态度温婉、处理妥帖，体现了酒店人员的专业！很满意！手动点赞👍

5.1小长假来的，订的行政房，可以免费享用行政酒廊的餐点，地理位置还不错，但卫生间下水道堵塞严重，生日入住后原本说好有生日蛋糕的，事先也电话联系沟通备注好，入住当天酒店会提供生日蛋糕，但最终离店后都没收到蛋糕…床相对偏软！行政酒廊服务还算不错，都会主动询问有哪些需要。
