比较满意的一次出行，不管是酒店的硬件设施，卫生和服务都比较满意，在我住过的凯宾斯基里面也算是不错的一家酒店！

早餐丰富，有活动房价特合适，还可以送洗衣服。特别赞一下22楼lounge的瘦瘦高高的mm，笑起来特别好看的那个（sorry没记得问名字），服务很赞。
酒店周边环境OK，入住有伴手礼，恰逢生日还有蛋糕 - 棒棒哒。
再来说bugs： 1. 因为之前在北京被某价格并不低的酒店虐了一礼拜，于是过来厦门要求安静的房间。前台安排到尽头，进去比较昏暗，男票立刻要求换房。他自己去的，回来说前台说什么你们已经是最好的rate，建议你不要换房间这类的。??
2. 第一晚半夜准备睡，试着拔卡等仍不行。酒店倒是来修了。修理师傅走了，发现换成门廊的灯关不上了，又给叫来了。

当我们下榻酒店的时候，礼宾部的小哥很主动的过来帮我们把行李放到行李架上并送至房间，入住手续办理的小姐姐态度也很好，还送了见面礼，厦门特产。入住了几天，服务，设备，早餐，行政酒廊的餐饮也都不错。很愉快的一次入住体验。
