服务特别好，晚上带着宝宝在前台办理入住时，大堂工作人员特别亲切的打招呼，还给宝宝送了一个小风车，并且主动提醒房间可以给宝宝提供婴儿床，下次来还会选择这个酒店入住。

酒店前台服务员做事情死板，办理入住站了整整半小时、陆陆续续看到几波客人在找他们事情??反正我每次出差都是住当地最好的酒店、襄阳这个皇冠假日不敢恭维、不推荐。

男服务生非常棒，前台入住女接待员态度差。被子老旧，还有小虫子，浴缸地漏坏，总控坏，高级房和豪华房一模一样，纯粹是玩文字游戏，价格悬殊太，有点欺骗性质，一句话，真失望！

上一次路过该酒店，觉得该酒店应该不错，这次来襄阳就直接选了这家入住，刚到酒店时，没上次路过时感觉那么好，停车场比较小，酒店前台也没问我们开车了没有，结果车出门时才说住店要找大堂要停车券，耽误了一些时间；酒店的地理位置很好，我想应该是市中心吧，旁边就是万达广场，购物吃饭非常便利。酒店正对面就是诸葛广场，晚餐后可以在广场散散步非常方便，酒店服务还不错，门口停车引导员非常热心；入住后感觉房间有烟味，跟前台打了个电话，立即就有服务员把换的另一间房的房卡送到了房间里，感觉比较温馨。房间设施有点陈旧了，但还比较卫生；早餐食物算是比较丰富，只是有些应该是热的食物都冷了，水果上的也不够及时。总的情况还比较满意。
