酒店还在装修中，房间内有明显的土。房间大房间内提供的物品和设施比较齐全，也许等楼内装修完成应该是不错的地方，酒店马路对面有大型的市场，有各种饭店，以后有机会再来烟台条件改善定会再来～提个小建议，可以在房间洗菜池处应该提供抹布，方便住客擦拭做做卫生～

是公寓酒店，很大，很舒服，带着孩子，可以做饭，还有洗衣机，冰箱，就像个小家一样，就是停车要收费的，不过不多，还会来的
