【位置】在烟台不属于交通便利地段，去往会展中心大约半小时，去往市中心老城区约半小时，但也不偏僻，属于刚入城。
【便利程度】旁边打车、公交、菜市场、小饭店还是有的，总体还是可以。
【房间设施】作为连锁公寓，各地住过不少家，这家稍微简陋了些，没有跟别的品牌比，仅限斯维登，房间确实大，但是空旷到毫无摆设，相反看起来有点硬拼起来的感觉。上楼的电梯很粗躁，就是装修的电梯，床有点硬，但店家很细心给了一张纸告知，可以跟前台要一套被子垫着，房间内灯开关不是很方便，上床前得提前都关了，床头旁边没有开关也没有充电插座这一点不是很好。其余的洗衣机、电吹风一次性用品都有提供【特别声明】别家会提供电磁炉等，这一家是有偿收费租赁，再有一个拖鞋不是一次性的，是消毒拖鞋有介意的可以借鉴一下，提前准备。
【服务态度】前台还是很礼貌客气的，押金300刷卡现金都可以，停车四小时内免费四小时以外跟酒店可以要券的。但是前台有诱导好评的现象，请求帮忙打五分好评。
因为每个月都奔波在各大酒店住所以评论十分细致，希望帮到有用的人，写的注意事项比较多，可反过来说，这个价位，已经属于很超值了，干净整洁安全舒适是最大的亮点，不能拿两星的价格，要求五星的标准。
