床和枕头特别舒服，应该是羽绒的，还有冰箱密码箱空气净化器，很齐全。酒店早点不错，孩子都不想出门了，我们的管家宋佳服务非常贴心，帮了很多忙，希望有机会再来

饭店位置很好，就在万达对面，房间是欧式风格，还有空气净化器，特别提出服务非常好，我们的服务人员叫宋佳，一路帮我们，看带着孩子还给调换了亲子房，还送了水果、酸梅汤和酸奶，非常感谢。

酒店服务，环境特别好！屋内充满了欧式风格的气息。客户关系主任宋佳帮我们拿了行李，还热情的送我们上了楼。停车场的老大爷刘长江帮我们找了阴凉的停车位。贴心管家高彦芳在炎炎夏日给我们送了酸梅汤和报纸，服务真是太热情啦！👍
