连着两年住的碧海酒店，感觉特别好！首先地理位置好，离火车站很近，吃饭逛街都很方便。再说房间设施比较新智能马桶适合老人。早餐丰富多样，服务到位，卫生干净。最值得说的是服务，大堂的蔡经理服务热情周到，前台服务也不错，姓高的管家最是贴心每天送上酸梅汤和问候便签，让身在异乡的我们心里暖暖的。离开酒店的时候由于人多不好打车，大堂的一位戴眼镜的女士到马路上帮我们打车，走的匆忙没有问姓名，在这里非常感谢您！来烟台只选碧海！

住的很舒适，本来打算住一晚的，后来觉得不错又续了一晚。硬件设施都不错，晚上睡觉很舒服。管家高彦芳也很贴心，准备了酸梅汤。每个房间都有两个苹果，这边的苹果真是名不虚传。非常好吃
