服务态度绝对一流??！每个人都非常和善亲切！房间设施真的有点老，特别是卫生间，墙挂式吹风机已经不能使用，带家人每年都会去，床垫换了很舒服的，沐浴头也换了水很好，马桶及其他没更新。床单很干净，有些卫生死角没有清扫。窗帘强烈建议该清洗一下，要不就换新的！早餐很好，品种很好！真的挺满意的！

紧挨着龙口南山景区，位置很好，早餐不错，各方面都还行，只不过南山景区太差了，逛了一天，印象最深的是在能刻名字的地方尽量刻名字揽财。

酒店离景区走路10多分钟吧，可以请前台帮叫车，10块钱。还是蛮好的。这个酒店卫生间专门有个放直饮水的，有点儿意思

作为五星级酒店设施一般，略有些陈旧，就是房间和卫生间大点。清明节晚上温度还比较低，打开空调半天不制热，打电话问前台，说是中央空调没开。五星级酒店还真会节省。
