酒店的性价比较高，房间宽敞明亮，卫生干净整洁，床垫舒适，电视很大，卫生间浴缸好用，干湿分离，灯光好，早餐也不错，疫情期间没有海鲜，前台服务人员态度好，游泳池的水温很好，那边的服务人员态度好，还帮忙借泳帽，健身房也非常干净。酒店附近有吃饭的店。

酒店前台服务热情、体贴！第一晚遇到小插曲房间空调不制冷，给前台打了电话想让调试一下，已经很晚了说工程没有人值班，前台的小姐姐上来帮我换了房边调试空调边跟我道歉，属实不容易，最令我感动的是第二天外出回来后房间送了一盘水果，但第二天上班的并不是帮我换房解决的小姐姐，可见贵酒店前台团队的素质和服务意识极强！

来银川出差定了好几间，喜来登酒店万豪旗下的品牌，酒店装饰富丽堂皇，比之前住过的喜来登都略显高档，就是前台设计的比较隐蔽，前台工作人员非常热情，小姐姐颜值高，房间都给了高楼层，我的房间还送了水果，非常暖心！早餐价格超低，加了份早餐才50，对于这样的价格来说品种还算齐全，房间也很舒适，总体评价非常完美！

之前出差都住银川喜来登，这次难得带家人过来体验，因为经常来酒店经理给送了欢迎水果，服务人员非常热情，前台小妹还送了我家宝宝一个小玩具！另外住这么多次第一次去泳池真的惊艳到了，非常标准、漂亮的泳池，只不过和健身房不在一层，现在房价还很合适，非常值得推荐！

The design of this hotel is very beautiful. Rooms are big, clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly but sometimes has a hard time speaking English. Nevertheless they are trying their best to help and being useful. The restaurant has very nice enjoyable local and international food.
