  这个到前台还要再交一次房费和押金，网上预订也交了钱，说网上是担保金后面会退回。我觉得作为消费者这样子操作还是比较不方便，为什么交了担保金 拿房还要交押金。还有续住也是要同样这样操作。这样不等于白白多先预出了两次费用，还要一星期退回。不合理。

  酒店管理有问题9月15号入住1105房，明明忘记一个华为Mate20快速充电器在房间，而且当天打电话说有客人入住，不便于去找！第二天说没有！然后陆陆续续打电话咨询就是没有！而昨天我入住时到前台咨询一下，而她们又推委到行理部，行理部几个人态度十分不友好，我耐心的要他们看看有没有华为快速通电器，而他们看都不看！一句冷冰冰的话（连看都不看你的脸）就是没有！太没素质啦！可恨之相！

  说好的早上酒店送站服务。二十分钟后来又说只有一名司机上班，要送客人去机场。难道机场的客人比高铁的尊贵。再者一家酒店就只有一名司机？
